Mark Houghton passes his Part III

Many congratulations go to Mark for successfully passing his Architecture Part III qualification, with a pass equivalent to a distinction.

Throughout his Part III studies, Mark worked on our project for HR Owen to provide an Atelier for Ferrari at The Berkeley Hotel as his case study. The project involved a complete internal strip out and refurbishment according to Ferrari’s latest corporate identity together with a replacement shopfront. This allowed Mark to work on all aspects of the project including planning, detailed design, and on-site supervision.

Having worked full-time at ehp whilst studying, Mark has also assisted on a number of other prestigious projects including the new Ferrari showroom on Old Brompton Road, and on high-spec residential conversions at Strutton Ground, 21 Buckingham Palace Road, and Westminster Palace Gardens.
